Data Protection Declaration
DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION FOR THE WEBSITE
The protection of personal data is very important to us. For this reason, we process personal data exclusively on the basis of the applicable data protection regulations. In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing when using the website. By the use of this website you consent to the processing of your data as defined by this data protection declaration.
Serverlogs
Your IP address together with other data is transmitted to the web server upon every visit to our website. That is necessary for technical reasons in order to transmit the response of the server to you. You receive this IP address from your internet service provider as soon as you connect with the internet. Thereafter, for a certain period of time, your provider can trace which IP address you used at a specific date. At least theoretically your identity can be determined via an inquiry of the provider.
A record is made of the server logs (IP address and additional data such as date, time of the request, name and URL of the requested file, volume of transferred data, notification of whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser used and of the operating system, as well as in the event of access via a link, the website from which access occurred) in order to test the system security, for defense against and traceability of hacking attacks, for technical system administration as well as for optimization of the website. An inspection of the server logs occurs only if required or in suspicious cases. A disclosure of data to law enforcement authorities occurs only in the event of a hacker attack. No further disclosure to third parties occurs. Data are not permanently stored and are erased after a period of 6 months.
Cookies
We use cookies in order to optimize user-friendliness and to understand how our website is used. Cookies are small text files which are sent to your web browser and stored locally on your computer. On the one hand these files control the presentation and operation of the website. On the other hand they are placed in order to obtain useful information on the use of our websites. Some cookies are stored only temporarily and are erased upon closing the browser. Other cookies (so-called “persistent cookies”) are stored for a longer period or permanently or until the expiration date or until a manual erasure from your browser-cache. The cookies used have a validity period of up to two years, unless stated otherwise in the special cookie descriptions. After this period, the cookies will be automatically deleted. Regardless, you can manually delete cookies at any time.
In modern internet browsers, it is possible, for example in the menu item "Security/privacy statement" (depending on the manufacturer) to regulate the use of cookies for your own browser. You can use various security settings, for example, if you want to receive a warning if your browser is offered a cookie for storage. It is also possible to restrict the acceptance and storage of cookies in full or in part. To many browsers, there are also extensions (addons), with which you can specifically reject individual cookies. However, as a consequence error messages can occur. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software. We point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to the full extent.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with other data stored by Google. You can refuse the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting on your browser; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all features of this website to the fullest extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Contact Form
If you contact us via e-mail or via contact form, the (minimum) information provided for the purpose of processing the inquiry as well as for possible follow-up questions will be stored.
Cooperation Partners
In part, cooperation partners participate in the performance of our services, as for example in the improvement, maintenance and care of our website. We work exclusively with contract partners who offer adequate guarantees that your data is in safe hands with them.

In connection with the data protection provisions you have the following rights with regard to your personal data processed by Greiner: right of access (Article 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), right to erasure ("right to be forgotten" - Article 17 GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), right to object (Article 21 GDPR) and the right to withdraw your consent (Article 7 (3) GDPR).
